rotate(input: Uint8Array, degrees: number) => Uint8Array

Planned Parameters

• input — Encoded image bytes (PNG or JPEG)
• degrees — Rotation angle in degrees (positive for clockwise)

• Uint8Array — Encoded PNG bytes of the rotated image
